I also heard that programs that require a driver installation aren't supported and this question might seem dumb but. Do I have to be on a look-out for something? will the device get warm when you have a program running that has a background process? I do plan to run some stuff on it that doesn't have a native ARM version on it like Discord.
Now I heard that the emulation of 64 bit Programs is fairly good but how will it impact battery life and performance. As these are native ARM Apps, I would expect a decent performance with that. That would be running OneNote for Windows 10 all day alongside Microsoft Office and Edge in the background. which would not be my use-case for the device. These reviewers were trying to run video and image editing software on it. Now I have two problems with that and wanted to find some answers around here :) Okay, so everyone was complaining on how the Surface Pro X would be weak because of that SQ1 processor.
